Ivy Cottage is a charming 19th century cottage ideal for couples and families, sleeping up to four people. Comfortable living space with a wood burning stove for those colder days, and a bright, large kitchen looking out to the enclosed garden. Positioned in the heart of Paxton village, a handy launchpad for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. The cottage is a stones throw away from the pub which serves delicious food and excellent beer. Berwick, only 5 miles away has all other amenities.

The cottage offers:

We have a minimum 3 night stay policy during the peak season April-October.

Dogs:

We allow one large dog (e.g. a Labrador) or two small dogs to accompany you on your stay. Please let us know when you make your booking if you're bringing a dog. We request that they sleep in the porch overnight and are strictly kept off all soft furnishings and are not permitted upstairs. An additional fee of £10 per dog is required upon booking. There are great walks from Paxton village for you and your canine friend(s), and we are only 10 minutes from the beach. No other types of pets are permitted.
